Overview
The Riverview Group is a shareholder and the initial development manager of the recently completed Mann Central Shopping Centre in Wodonga. The three-hectare site in Wodonga’s newly developed central business area services Wodonga and the region including Albury, Yackandandah, Rutherglen, Beechworth and Wangaratta.
Wodonga City Council gave planning approval in late 2010 for the development of the shopping centre, which was officially opened in October 2017. The recent completion of Stage 1 saw the inclusion of a Coles supermarket, Kmart and café as well as several other food and boutique stores.
The ownership team is now in the process of commencing Stage 2 plans with its consultation partners and local council.
